Been having quite a couple of rough days. It's the time of the month and the lead up to it just makes me too emotional and yesterday I broke down during when I wasn't supposed to. But it was funny in some way, and sweet. Hopefully the next few days will be better. Just have to pick myself up and get going. At least had such a lovely walk with the brother, and finally went into St Paul's for a service, well it was evensong but still. Such a lovely church. I think I should take more breaks and chill, maybe Easter. I really really need a break, it's not even funny anymore ha.
