Venice!

Just got back from Venice yesterday morning, still feeling tired from the constant rush. This weekend is gonna be a very slow one, which is good. I need a break, although I very much wanna watch fireworks but oh wells.

Venice was awesome, really beautiful and overall, very very surreal. I have been wanting to visit there for so long and finally visiting it feels really good. And going with the classmates makes it even more fun. 

• Mixture of really bad and really good weather. There was almost hail there and it was so terrible. When it was sunny, everything is forgiven
• Getting lost in Venice was the best unplanned thing we have ever done. Got lost a couple of times at night and everywhere is just so beautiful and surreal
• It flooded - I finally understand why they say Venice is sinking. The plastic makeshift boots were so epic (more like a joke and useless) but wellies is the best 15 euros I ever spent there. You can beat the 'queue' on the platforms and waddle around in water. Awesome
• Venetian mask hunting and finally decided on the cat one, which I absolutely adore. I love it so much. Expensive but money well spent. 
• Saw two epic sunsets, one on the last day. What a way to end a great trip to Venice
• Wished there were more time to enjoy and idle around, but definitely will go back soon especially the Carnival around Easter

Man, I miss Venice. Miss its slow pace. I shall be a good architecture student and upload pictures of the Biennale next time. So many deadlines now for school. Haha, what's new. It's the AA.
